Life Group
They are for adults of all ages. One of the best things about Life Groups are the friendships you'll make. They can encourage, support and challenge you. Life groups meet this need by providing a time and place to learn about God, build each other up, and have a lot of fun at the same time.
People get to know one another very well as they grow together in their walk with the Lord and through the circumstances of everyday life. Through regular meetings together and informal interaction, people get connected to others and experience genuine Christian community, an extended family environment. A Life Group is literally a place where people do life together.
What it looks like
A Life Group meeting typically consists of eating together, a discussion on a Bible passage or special topic and a time for sharing and prayer.
Life Groups come in all age groups, vary in number, and normally meet as a whole group twice a month.
Members' homes are the setting where Life Group meetings are held. People in the group take turns hosting the meetings.
Children are not usually included in the large meetings each month, but Life Groups will do special family-oriented activities together.
