Sunday Morning Classes
Classes are taught by teachers grounded in the Word of God, with the gift of teaching, and usually with broad experience in Grace ministry. In addition, every teacher designs his or her class to support Grace Church's vision, mission, and values.
Schedule and Sign-Up
Sunday classes are offered from 11:00 am-12:00 pm and are open to everyone. Classes are offered in 12-week "semesters." However, classes always welcome newcomers at any point in the semester. At the end of each semester, information about next semester's classes is shared, and sign-up is conducted (signing up is particularly important for classes requiring books or other purchased material).

Grace Church 101 - A two-week course designed to engage newcomers and visitors to Grace, answering key questions such as: What are the beliefs of Grace Church? What are the priorities and values of Grace Church? What ministry opportunities are offered at Grace Church? This class is taught by Pastor Joe and is offered periodically.
Joe Beneschan (339-1910)
Sermon Discussion - This class gives attenders an opportunity to engage in a thought-provoking discussion of the message taught that morning, establishing them in the faith and equipping them to communicate aspects of the Christian faith to family and workplace. Meets in the northeast corner of the worship center.
Gary and Brenda Cozzens (454-2467)
EDGE: Gospel of Luke - Establish your faith and equip yourself by learning more about Jesus’ life, teaching, ministry, what He requires of followers, and His divine attributes.
Bevin Rigg (405-1128) and Walker Steinhage
Studies in Faith and Obedience: Israel’s Wandering - This class explores the faith and obedience demonstrated by God's people throughout the Bible. Focusing on God’s relationship with his chosen people of Israel, the course will help attenders grow in their love and faith for God by learning from the example of God's people in His Word. This class will help establish your faith and equip you for demonstrating love to God and others through practical means.
Tom Olson (978-7216)
Beth Moore Study for Women: The Life of David - This women’s 12-week study, authored by Beth Moore, Kay Arthur, and Priscilla Shirer, offers an enriching look at the life of King David from three perspectives. The study includes previewing a video one week followed by a discussion of the homework the next week. You’ll laugh with each author, cry with them, and learn to love God with them.
June Shannon (339-9517), Lisa Alexander, and Paulette Hastings
Parables of Jesus - There are 30 parables of Jesus recorded in Scripture. In this class we’ll read and discuss a dozen of the most familiar. We’ll try to touch everyone’s heart so that on any given Sunday we’ll be “opening up our envelope” of Bible knowledge as well as “scratching the itch” as to our needs. Be prepared to establish your faith in the solid Rock of Jesus’ teachings. The class will decide from week to week which parable to discuss. There are dozens of books to choose from, but just bring your Bibles. That’ll be sufficient.
Gary Brotherton (352-6003)
Fundamentals of the Faith - This 12-week study by John MacArthur examines why the Bible is the perfectly trustworthy Word of God, who God and Jesus are, and how Christ’s great salvation works. This class is open to anyone who wants to be more strongly established and equipped with the fundamentals of the Christian faith.
